RETURN POLICY
Whether it’s sneakers or apparel, we want you completely satisfied. If not, returning your item is quick and worry-free.
At DOBESNEAKERS we offer a 14-day return period for all items.
Please fill out the Request a Return form, and you will receive detailed instructions in the Gmail address used for your order within a few hours.
1. Fill Out the Request a Return Form
Find the Request a Return form on our website (use the menu or footer) and complete all required details.
2. Email Confirmation
Within a few hours, you’ll receive an email with the next steps. All returns are handled through Zásilkovna.
3. Shipping & Fees
Within Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary, returns via Zásilkovna/Packeta are completely free of charge—we cover the entire cost.
For all other countries, we cover the full cost of transport from the Packeta sorting center in your country back to our DEBESNEAKERS warehouse.
The customer is responsible only for the local fee to send the parcel from their address (or drop-off point) to the Packeta sorting center in their own country.
4. Pack Your Parcel
Place the purchased item(s)—including the original packaging and every accessory or insert that came in the box—back into the original shipping box if possible.
Add the thank-you card and sticker that arrived with your order.
Seal the package securely with tape.
For customers outside Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Hungary:
After completing the Request a Return form, you will receive an email with a unique return code.
Please write this code clearly on the outside of the shipping box using a pen or black marker before sending the parcel.
Important: If any original items or packaging components are missing, the return will be automatically declined.
5. Send the Package
Slovakia, Czech Republic & Hungary
Take the parcel to any Packeta/Zásilkovna drop-off point.
Simply tell the staff the return code you received in your Gmail after filling out the Request a Return form.
They will print the shipping label on the spot, and everything else will be handled by us.
Other Countries
Write the return code from your Gmail clearly on the outside of the package with a pen or black marker.
When you hand the parcel to your chosen local carrier, provide this code to the staff as well.
The code is also used by Packeta’s sorting center to match the shipment to our e-shop once it arrives.
6. Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return is approved, and the refund will be sent within 48 hours of that confirmation email.
If the return is not approved, the customer is responsible for all costs of the return shipment.
