Yes, all the products we offer are completely new. They come in their original packaging, including all accessories that belong with them.

We offer two delivery options: EXPRESS and STANDARD.

  • EXPRESS Delivery – All in-stock sneakers are shipped within 24-72 hours.

    Most orders leave our main warehouse within 24 hours.

    If a pair needs to be transferred from a secondary warehouse to our main hub, dispatch may take the full 72 hours.

  • STANDARD Delivery – Sneakers are shipped within 4–7 business days.

We work with a broad network of trusted suppliers and authorized retailers across Europe to secure even the most limited-edition pairs.

Our priority is to provide only authentic sneakers, which is why every pair is carefully checked in our central warehouse before it is shipped.

Although this extra step can sometimes add a little time, it ensures you always receive authentic products.

We have been active in the sneaker market for over four years, building strong relationships and experience that let us keep our selection fresh and unique.

All packages are insured. You have the option to request a replacement pair or a full refund!

We ship all orders through Packeta (Zásilkovna). Depending on your country, the final delivery may be handled by Packeta’s local courier partner, but you can track everything with the single tracking number we provide via email.

All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Bratislava, Slovakia. Some products may first be transferred from partner warehouses across Europe to our Bratislava facility for authentication and quality checks before final dispatch.

Yes, we offer international shipping to most EU countries.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a direct tracking link.

Yes. During checkout you need to fill in all standard details, including your full delivery address, name, and contact information.

After you complete payment, you’ll be taken to the order confirmation page, where you can select a pickup point instead of home delivery if you prefer.

This option is always supported, but the available pickup locations depend on your country—

for example, it might be a Packeta/Zásilkovna location where available, or a local carrier’s pickup spot in other regions.

Please note that Shopify only allows the selection of a pickup location after checkout is completed.

All products are shipped in clean cardboard boxes that are sealed with our distinctive white DOBESNEAKERS tape for secure delivery and easy identification.

Yes, you can request an exchange for a different size.

Please note that for some models the price of another size may differ, and in those cases an additional payment might be required.

Yes, products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and the entire return shipping cost is covered by us.

After reviewing the Return Policy, simply fill out the Return Form to start your return.

If a return is rejected for not meeting our Return Conditions, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to have the item sent back.
